Benton Area Transit provides individualized service for those who are certified Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) riders and Benton County residents who are 60 years of age and over and/or are unable to access fixed-route bus service or personal transportation in their area due to a disability. Reasonable modifications in policies, practices, or procedures are available to avoid discrimination on the basis of disability. Accessible formats are available upon request. For Benton Area Transit passengers who may have hearing impairment, are deaf, or are speech-impaired, and need to make a reservation, please use our free Oregon TTY Relay Service by calling 1-800-735-2900. Let the TTY operator know the Bus Number you wish to call. A TTY device on your computer or phone is required to utilize this service. Services are also available in Spanish.
