The Oregon Tobacco Quit Line is a free telephone service available to individuals who want to stop using tobacco. The Quit Line offers free quitting information, one-on-one telephone counseling, and referrals.
Freedom from Smoking
This workshop includes eight sessions and features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. Each session is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior. The clinic format encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group.

Living Well with Chronic Conditions
Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, asthma and heart disease. Through weekly sessions, the workshop provides support for continuing normal daily activities and dealing with the emotions that chronic conditions may bring about.
