Stormwater Permit Renewal Application Package (submitted October 2011)
The current State permit that authorizes discharges of stormwater from the Benton County Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) expires on April 30, 2012. To continue coverage, a permit renewal package was developed by county staff from Community Development, Environmental Health, and Public Works.
