The Benton County Board of Commissioners will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. to consider amending Benton County Code Chapter 31 – Enforcement. In accordance with Executive Order No. 20-16, no oral testimony will be taken at the hearing, but any interested person may submit written or electronic testimony prior to the hearing to be considered by the Board of Commissioners. All testifiers will be notified in writing of the final decision. All written and electronic submissions must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Monday, December 6, 2021 to be fully considered by the Board.
The hearing will be conducted in accordance with Rules adopted by the Board of Commissioners, which are available upon request.
