Upcoming vaccination clinics in Philomath, Alsea, Corvallis and Monroe Sept. 27 - Oct. 1

Benton County is collaborating with Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the public school districts in the county to host vaccination clinics in Philomath, Alsea, Corvallis, and Monroe. Individuals 12 and older are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at these events. All individuals who receive their COVID-19 vaccine at these clinics will receive a $100 gift card and a nonperishable food box, while supplies last. The clinic schedule is as follows:

Philomath

  • Location: Philomath High School, 2054 Applegate St.
  • Monday, September 27, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • First and second doses of Pfizer
  • Single doses of Johnson & Johnson 

Alsea

  • Location: Alsea School, 301 South 3rd St.
  • Tuesday, September 28, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • First and second doses of Pfizer
  • Single doses of Johnson & Johnson

Corvallis 

  • Location: Corvallis High School Stadium, 1400 NW Buchanan Ave.
    • Wednesday, September 29, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    • First and second doses of Pfizer
    • Single doses of Johnson & Johnson
  • Location: Crescent Valley High School, 4444 NW Highland Dr.
    • Thursday, September 30, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 
    • First and second doses of Pfizer
    • Single doses of Johnson & Johnson

Monroe

  • Location: Monroe High School, 365 N 5th St.
  • Friday, October 1, from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • First and second doses of Pfizer
  • Single doses of Johnson & Johnson

No appointment is necessary and individuals may arrive to be vaccinated any of the dates and times listed. No identification or proof of address is needed and individuals do not have to live permanently in Oregon to get the vaccine.  To request additional accommodations, call 541-766-6120.
